This is a bright light balsamic made from organic Trebbiano grape must and aged in French oak barrels. It is a terrific splash for dressing salads or finishing a demi-glace for chicken or fish dishes.

This exceptionally rich, thick balsamic has the distinct sweetness of the Trebbiano grape mellowed by deep, dark oak notes from the casks it is aged in.

Fondo Montebello Balsamico is perfect for finishing a dish. It is delicious drizzled over grilled chicken and vegetables. My favorite way to enjoy it is drizzled over frisee lettuce with only olive oil and a little sea salt. Fondo Montebello is so balanced that it is perfect for spooning over vanilla ice cream garnished with fresh berries.
